Stop the Bleed Presentation at the Library
 
The City of Santa Maria Public Library is pleased to partner with Safety Consulting Services, LLC, to offer a free “Stop the Bleed” presentation on Saturday, February 24th at 10:00 a.m. in Shepard Hall. The Library is located at 421 South McClelland Street. 
 
In this hands-on class, retired firefighter and certified Emergency Medical Technician Scott Hunter will teach participants to “Stop the Bleed” by learning how to become “Immediate Responders.” Spanish translation services will be available. Patrons interested in participating in this class may register by visiting the Library’s online events calendar at www.cityofsantamaria.org/library or by calling (805) 925-0994 extension 8562.
