Since its inception in 2003, Griffin Plumbing has worked hard to build a well-deserved reputation for its steadfast commitment to superlative customer service.
 
A lot has changed over the two decades that Griffin Plumbing has served the Central Coast, but the driving principles behind the company remain the same.
 
“When we were starting out, our oldest son was in diapers—and so was the internet! Now, he’s going through his apprenticeship at Griffin, and the business software we run would have crashed a supercomputer in the ‘90s,” notes Jeremy Griffin, Founder of Griffin Plumbing.
 
“Griffin’s roots really go back to as early the 40’s, though,” notes Griffin. I apprenticed under my uncle Ray Zierman before eventually buying his business and starting out on my own with Griffin Plumbing.
 
Husband and wife team, Jeremy and Joy Griffin, have since been the driving force behind the company's success. Their vision and determination have guided the company through two decades of growth and continual improvement in the pursuit of delivering exceptional plumbing service that exceeds customer expectations.
 
The company has always looked for ways to improve its service—both in the office and the field, and set an example for how to treat customers while providing reliably exceptional plumbing service.
 
“Both of us have always believed that there’s never a reason to stop learning more about your business and how to keep improving,” said Joy Griffin. “We’ve always placed a lot of value in making sure we can always see what’s coming around the corner, so we’ve always been extremely active within professional industry associations and firmly believe in the value that technology can bring to our business.
